Pete Marshall

Pete Marshall is an experienced professional in customer experience and success, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at UMag Solutions since September 2025. Prior to this role, Pete was with Phase One for a decade, progressing from Customer Success Manager for UAV to Head of Customer Success for UAV, where responsibilities included managing a global team, product training, and technical support. Early career experiences include digital photography studies at Ravensbourne University London, where Pete also freelanced and led the Ravensbourne Snow Society, as well as gaining photography experience as an Official Photographer for Carlisle Youth Zone. Educationally, Pete holds a BA in Digital Photography from Ravensbourne University London, completed in 2015.
