Steven Ovenden possesses extensive experience in community planning and program management, notably serving as the Windham County Program Manager for Green Mountain RSVP from December 2014 to February 2023. Prior positions include acting as the FEMA Liaison for Local Infrastructure with Vermont AOT, where responsibilities centered on overseeing road and bridge reconstruction post-Tropical Storm Irene, and as the owner of Walk This Way LLP, a consultancy specializing in transportation planning and project management. Steven's background also includes significant roles in environmental planning and community advocacy, including experiences with Florida's Turnpike and the Windham Regional Planning Commission. Education credentials include a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Florida State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Warren Wilson College.
