Lau Wai Pan

Lau Wai Pan has extensive experience in quality, environmental, health, and safety management, currently serving as a Senior QEHS Manager at Bromma since September 2014, specializing in global QEHS, LEAN manufacturing, and supplier development. Previously, Lau held positions such as QESH Manager overseeing ISO operations and quality assurance at Bromma, Assembly QA Manager at ASE Group Global, and Reliability & Final Test QA Manager at IDT - Integrated Device Technology, Inc., focusing on product qualification and supplier management. Additional roles include Resident Engineer at Exar Corporation and Test Product Engineer at Carsem. Lau holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electrical & Electronics from the National University of Malaysia and has pursued further education and certifications in welding inspection, risk management, and safety management.
