Rainbow Liu

Rainbow Liu serves as the Head of People (APAC) at Brompton Bicycle since November 2025, following a role as China Human Resources Manager at Wesfarmers from August 2021 to November 2025. Prior experience includes Human Resources Manager for Blackmores Group, where responsibilities covered Greater China and Korea, and HR Admin and Project Officer at Swiss Centers China. Rainbow's expertise spans HR business partnering, process and policy development, talent management, and organizational development. Additionally, an early career at Shanghai Technology Transfer and Exchange involved project management and event coordination. Rainbow holds two Master's degrees in Project Management from Northumbria University and International Project Management from Chalmers University of Technology, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Information Engineering from Qingdao University of Science and Technology.
