Dhania P.

Dhania P. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They began their career as a Research Analyst at Thomson Reuters, where they gained exposure to analyzing derivatives data and customer relationship management. They later volunteered to be the Social Representative of their team, which sparked their interest in team-building, training, and employee engagement.

After their time at Thomson Reuters, Dhania P. joined Mahindra Satyam as an HR Advisor, further exploring their interest in human resources. They then transitioned to Vitec Imaging Solutions as an HR Manager, where they took on various HR responsibilities, including workforce planning, recruitment, training, and employee engagement.

Continuing their HR career, Dhania P. joined Telstra Health as the Head of People & Culture for the ADCC division. In this role, they focused on creating a positive and high-performing culture, aligning the people function with strategic objectives and customer aspirations.

After their tenure at Telstra Health, Dhania P. joined blisscare health as the HR & Talent Acquisition Manager. Here, they managed HR and talent acquisition responsibilities.

Most recently, Dhania P. has joined Ingenico, starting as a Human Resources Business Partner before being promoted to Head of HR - Pacific. They are currently serving as the Head of Talent & Learning - APAC, overseeing talent and learning initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region.

Throughout their career, Dhania P. has consistently demonstrated a passion for HR, with a focus on fostering positive cultures, aligning HR objectives with business goals, and supporting employee engagement and development.

Dhania P. completed a Master of Human Resource Management degree from Deakin University between 2016 and 2020. In terms of additional certifications, Dhania obtained a Certified Coach (Level 1) certification from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) in 2021. Dhania also completed an Executive Leadership Program, and obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, although the institutions and exact years of completion for these certifications are not provided.
