Tina Lovelock

Tina Lovelock (MCIPD) is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Global People Director at Brompton Bicycle since December 2022. Previously, Tina held the position of International Human Resources Director for Harley-Davidson Motor Company, managing a team of 22 across multiple regions, including EMEA and APAC. Tuna's extensive background includes roles such as Regional Head of HR at Triumph International, where responsibilities encompassed the full spectrum of HR, and consultant HR manager roles at VF Corporation. Tina has also served as Head of HR at Weight Watchers, significantly improving internal talent development and onboarding processes. Educational qualifications include a degree in Human Resources from Farnborough College of Technology.
