Christine Duggan

Christine Duggan has extensive experience in the housing industry. Christine is currently serving as the Interim Head of Customer, Community Housing, and Support at Bron Afon Community Housing. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant at Coastal Housing Group, where they led and supported delivery of key projects, including project management for the Renting Homes (Wales) Act and the design of a performance management framework.

From 2017 to 2021, Christine served as the Director of Operations at Connexus, where they were responsible for various departments and teams. Christine also held the role of Trustee at South Wye Development Trust Limited from 2015 to 2020.

Christine'sprevious roles at Herefordshire Housing include Director of Housing and Development, where they led the modernization of property and assets and housing services functions, and Assistant Director - Housing and Communities, where they established and led various departments. At Herefordshire Housing, they also served as Head of Business Development, Head of Corporate Services, Business Excellence Manager, and Corporate Risk Manager.

Christine also served as a Board Member at MoneyBox Credit Union, bringing their business development and corporate service experience to the organization. Christine started their career as a Project Officer at Herefordshire Council/Herefordshire Housing and later served as the Homelessness Floating Support Manager at Herefordshire Housing.

Christine also worked as the HomePoint Project Manager at HomePoint Herefordshire, where they managed the choice-based lettings scheme. Throughout their career, Christine has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managing teams and delivering various projects in the housing sector.

Christine Duggan completed their undergraduate education from 1994 to 1997 at Cardiff University/Prifysgol Caerdydd. Christine earned a first-class degree in Microbiology during this time.
