Kam Dhillon-Josh

Kam Dhillon-Josh has over 20 years of experience in various roles in human resources and management. Currently, Dhillon-Josh is the EVP, Human Resources at BRON Studios, where they serve as a strategic business advisor to the senior leadership team and oversee recruitment, training, and evaluation of department staff. Prior to this, Dhillon-Josh worked as the Head of Human Resources at Bron Animation and served as an HR Consultant. They also held the position of Human Resources Manager at Prime Focus World and Director of Human Resources at Coastal Contacts. Earlier in their career, Dhillon-Josh worked as an Administration Manager at Wood West & Partners and as a Manager at Eatons.

Kam Dhillon-Josh began their education at the University of Victoria, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biology with a minor in Psychology. This education took place from 1991 to 1997. They later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Services Management at the same university from 1999 to 2001.
