Janna Doyscher

Janna Doyscher, SPHR®, ODCP® has a diverse work experience in human resources. Janna currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Bron Tapes since 2017. Previously, they worked at USA Rugby from 2014 to 2016 as the Director of Human Resources and SafeSport. In this role, they were responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and development. Janna successfully implemented strategic HR programs and policies and saved costs through benefit program conversions and payroll conversions. Janna also played a crucial role in governance and worked closely with hotels for meetings.

Prior to joining USA Rugby, Janna served as the Sr. HR Generalist at Denver Regional Council of Governments from 2006 to 2014, where they developed HR policies and procedures, recruited employees, and designed orientation, training, and incentive programs. Before that, they were the HR & Payroll Manager at ACH Foam Technologies Inc. from 2004 to 2006, playing a key role in the merger of three companies and managing HR operations and programs. Janna started their career at Goal Financial Services as a Sr. Payroll & Benefits Specialist and later worked at NTN Buzztime as an HR Administrator/Payroll & Benefits Specialist.

Janna Doyscher, SPHR®, ODCP®, has a diverse education history. From 1987 to 1990, they attended Clairemont High School, where they achieved a 4.0 GPA and earned their high school diploma. Following high school, Janna explored educational opportunities outside of traditional academia, attending the "School of life!" from 1990 to 2016. During this time, specific degrees or fields of study were not pursued. In 2006, they obtained their Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI. Later, in 2022, Janna obtained their Organization Development Certified Professional (ODCP) certification from the Institute of Organization Development.
