Joe Vitale

Joe Vitale has a strong background in corporate development, strategy, and finance. Joe currently holds the position of Vice President Strategy, M&A, and Treasurer at Brook + Whittle, a role they started in August 2022. Prior to this, Joe served as the Vice President Corporate Development at Ferro Corporation for six years, from October 2016 to April 2022. Joe also held the role of Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at Ranpak from August 2015 to October 2016. Before joining Ferro Corporation, Joe was the Director of Corporate Development at the same company from February 2011 to August 2015. Joe gained valuable experience as the Director of Financial Strategic Planning at Excel Polymers from January 2007 to December 2010. Joe's career began at Delphi, where they worked as the Manager of Investor Relations from October 2001 to January 2007.

Joe Vitale attended Vanderbilt University from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry. Joe then furthered their education and attended the UCLA Anderson School of Management from 1997 to 1999, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance.
