Omar Lopez

Omar Lopez has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Omar currently holds the role of Human Resources Director at Brook + Whittle since June 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Human Resources Manager at the same company starting from May 2020. Before joining Brook + Whittle, Omar worked as a Human Resources Manager at Goodway Technologies from August 2016 to June 2019. Omar also had experience at Terra Technology as a Senior Human Resources Manager from January 2015 to July 2016, and as a Human Resources Manager from July 2012 to December 2014. In addition, Omar held the position of Human Resources Generalist at The Study at Yale from September 2008 to July 2012. Omar began their career as a Human Resources Administrator at Robert Half International from May 2006 to August 2008.

Omar Lopez earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University, completing their education from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Gateway Community College, where they studied from 2006 to 2008.

In addition to their degrees, Omar has acquired various certifications. Omar completed the "Project Management Skills for Leaders" course offered by LinkedIn in April 2022. In March 2021, they participated in the "Leadership Certificate Program" provided by Business Training Experts. Furthermore, Omar obtained their "Adult CPR/AED" certification through the American Red Cross in February 2018. Lastly, in October 2017, they completed the "OSHA - General Industry Safety and Health" certification from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
