Ruth Coulter

Ruth Coulter has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and positions. Ruth started their career at Brook Street as a Perm Recruitment Consultant in 2014, where they were recognized as Scotland's Top Performer in both 2015 and the first half of 2016. In 2016, they joined Just Recruit (Scotland) LTD as a Director, and later moved to Chrystal & Hill Ltd in 2019 as a Business Development and Marketing professional. In 2021, Ruth returned to Brook Street as a Public Sector Consultant before progressing to become a Team Leader in 2022. Currently, they hold the role of Branch Manager at Brook Street, overseeing a team of consultants and providing recruitment solutions across the central belt. Ruth's experience demonstrates their expertise in various areas of recruitment and their ability to lead teams effectively.

Ruth Coulter began working towards a CIPD - Level 3 in 2021, which is expected to continue until 2022. Before that, they attended Glasgow Caledonian University from 2008 to 2010, where they studied Marketing.
