Cherese Day

Cherese Day is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health care management and employee development. Since March 2012, Cherese has served as Executive Director and Memory Care Director at Brookdale, focusing on staff recruitment, training, and performance management, while ensuring high-quality resident care in the context of dementia. Prior to this role, Cherese held a supervisory position at The Home Depot from April 2007 to March 2012, managing a team and maintaining department standards. Cherese holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Management with a minor in Marketing from Metropolitan State University of Denver, completed in 2012.
