Jonathan Ruchman

Jonathan Ruchman is an accomplished marketing and customer experience professional with extensive expertise in leading strategic initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Experience at Brookdale Senior Living since January 2014, Jonathan is recognized for architecting the company’s inaugural Voice of the Customer Program, fostering collaboration with senior leadership to drive growth and adoption. Previous roles include Senior Regional Marketing Manager at Allstate Insurance Company, where Jonathan launched the Good Hands Field Goal Net program, and Management Director at marchFIRST, enhancing 3Com’s consumer division.
