Nikki Russell

Nikki Russell has extensive experience in sales and marketing roles. Nikki began their career at Tyco Healthcare Medical Products as a Sales Executive from 2000 to 2002. Nikki then joined Lincare Medical Equipment as an Account Manager from 2002 to 2005. After that, they worked at Leisure Care as a Sales Counselor from 2005 to 2008. In 2008, they joined Century Park Associates as a Sales Counselor before moving on to Horizon Bay Retirement Living as a Director of Sales & Marketing from 2009 to 2012. Since 2009, they have been working at Brookdale, starting as a Sales and Marketing Director until 2017. Then they served as a Senior Sales & Marketing Director from 2017 to 2021. Afterward, they held the position of Divisional Sales Specialist at Brookdale from 2021 to 2021. Nikki Russell's most recent role was as a District Director of Sales at Brookdale from 2021 to 2024. Nikki currently holds the position of Senior District Director of Sales at Brookdale.

Nikki Russell attended Metropolitan State University of Denver from 2000 to 2002. Nikki did not obtain a degree or declare a specific field of study during this time. In addition to their education, Nikki has obtained several certifications including an Assisted Living Administrator certification from the Colorado Assisted Living Association (expected in 2023), a 16-Hour Supplemental Training Administrator Assisted Living Certification from the Colorado Gerontological Society (obtained in 2020), and an Assisted Living Facility Manager (Certified) certification, also from the Colorado Gerontological Society (obtained in 2018).
