Lyncia Lacroix

Lyncia LaCroix possesses extensive experience in office management and human resources. Currently serving as Office Manager for the Hemodialysis Unit at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center since August 2010, Lyncia has demonstrated strong organizational and leadership skills. Prior experience includes a ten-year tenure as a Human Resources Officer at HSBC Private Bank, where responsibilities included advising staff and managers on policies, benefits, payroll, recruitment, and onboarding, while ensuring compliance with HR procedures. Lyncia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Labor Studies from Queens College.
