Emily Corbett-Jordan

Emily Corbett-Jordan is an experienced educator with a strong background in teaching various subjects to students in grades 3-7. Currently serving as a 3-5th grade science teacher at Brooke Charter Schools in Boston since July 2019, Emily has previously held positions including 5th grade teacher at Up Academy Charter School of Boston and math and science teacher at Roxbury Preparatory Charter School. Emily's teaching career began as a middle school science teacher at Weldon City Schools during a Teach for America commitment. Emily holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Community Development and Planning from Clark University, along with a 200-hour wellness and yoga teacher training certification. Additionally, Emily has engaged in various roles in athletic and community development settings, contributing to initiatives focused on prevention and youth empowerment.
