Sean Sutherland

Sean Sutherland is a 5th-grade math teacher currently at Rise Prep Mayoral Academy. Prior to this, Sean taught mathematics at High Point Academy K-8 for four years, focusing on 3rd and 4th-grade math. Sean also participated in The Friends’ School Teacher Preparation Program as a Full Residency Teaching Candidate. Additionally, Sean worked as an After School Program Supervisor at School Age Care in Boulder County. Sean holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master's degree in Education and Human Growth and Development from the University of Colorado Denver.
