Nathalie Vilchis

Nathalie Vilchis is a skilled System Test Engineer at Planet, specializing in functional testing of satellite avionics and performing Environmental Stress Screening tests. With prior experience as a Payload Test Engineer Intern, Nathalie contributed to the development of electric configurations for Ground Support Equipment and telescope testing. As a Brooke Owens Fellow and a Science Communicator for Chica NASA, Nathalie has delivered over 30 talks to inspire young girls in science and space technology. Additional experience includes roles at John Deere as an Embedded Software Engineer Intern, where Nathalie updated user interfaces and debugged software, and research internships focused on robotics and aerospace systems. Nathalie holds a B.S. in Mechatronics Engineering and Applied Robotics from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
