Alicia Dougherty

Alicia Dougherty is an accomplished Benefits Manager with extensive experience in human resources and benefits administration. Currently serving at Brookfield Asset Management since January 2021, Alicia previously held the position of HR Operations Manager at Brookfield Properties from January 2019 to December 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing a centralized HR team. Prior to that, Alicia managed benefits for 3,000 associates at Forest City Realty Trust and contributed to major projects as a Senior Benefits Analyst. Alicia's career spans over three decades, encompassing roles such as Benefits Operations Center Team Lead at Towers Watson, Manager of Employee Services and Benefits Administration at American Greetings, and various positions at WebMD, Federal Paper Board, and United Merchants & Manufacturers. Alicia holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Iona University and a BS in Accounting from Providence College.
