Jeff Dutton

Jeff Dutton has a diverse and extensive work experience in the paper manufacturing industry. Jeff began their career in various paper manufacturing companies, where they gained experience as a Process Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Supervisor, and Area Superintendent. In 1989, they joined Champion International / Donohue Industries, where they held progressive roles as Mill Manager, Production Manager, and Production Superintendent across multiple mills and paper grades.

In 1999, Dutton joined MeadWestvaco as the VP Ohio Operations in the Mead Paper Division, and later became the VP Finance and Strategy for the division. In 2002, they took on the role of VP Operations for the newly formed Paper Group of MeadWestvaco, responsible for Coated Paper Mills.

Jeff then joined Eagle Materials in 2004 as the President of Republic Paperboard Company. In 2006, Dutton joined Brookfield Asset Management, where they held various roles including General Manager of East Operations for Fraser Papers and Senior Vice President of Operations for the Pulp and Paper Segment of Fraser Papers Inc.

From 2010 to 2013, Dutton served as the President and CEO of Twin Rivers Paper Company, leading the business after its emergence from creditor protection and building a sustainable, market-focused organization. In 2013, they became the CEO of GrafTech International, in addition to serving as the CEO of Twin Rivers Paper Company.

Overall, Jeff Dutton has demonstrated expertise in operational support, leadership, and strategic management in the paper manufacturing industry throughout their career.

Jeff Dutton completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology with EIT at the University of Maine between 1981 and 1986.
