Jonathan Kramer

Jonathan Kramer is a Managing Director in Brookfield's Real Estate Group. In this role, he is responsible for the structuring, negotiation and execution of mergers, acquisitions and other strategic transactions.

Mr. Kramer joined Brookfield in 2011 as a member of the commercial office real estate investments legal team.

Mr. Kramer received a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University.
