Joshua Duffy

Joshua Duffy is an experienced legal professional with a background in corporate law and business development. Currently serving as Vice President at Brookfield Asset Management since July 2022, Joshua previously held the position of Senior Legal Counsel for New Business Development at Shell from December 2016 to July 2022. Prior roles include Corporate & Commercial Legal Counsel at BG Group and Lawyer specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions at King & Wood Mallesons. Joshua has also contributed to the Queensland University of Technology as a Council Member and University Academic Board Member from December 2008 to January 2011. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Laws (Hons I) and a Bachelor of International Business from Queensland University of Technology, obtained between 2005 and 2010.
