Robert Hancock has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Robert started their career as a Project Manager and HR Admin at Inplex in 2000. In 2005, they became a Supervisor at GMP Securities L.P., where they managed various office operations and oversaw the real estate portfolio. Robert then advanced to the role of Manager, Real Estate, Telecommunications & Office Services at GMP Securities, where they continued to oversee office operations, manage relocations, and administer the real estate portfolio. Finally, in 2014, Robert joined Richardson Wealth as a Senior Manager, then later as Vice President, Corporate Real Estate Services, where they focused on portfolio planning, resourcing, and enforcing policies and procedures.

Robert Hancock completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management Sciences and Quantitative Methods from Ryerson University, where they studied from 2003 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Humanities with a focus on English & Drama at McMaster University, graduating in 2002. Additionally, Robert has obtained various certifications, including JHSC from the Ministry of Labor in August 2023, and several LinkedIn certifications in subjects such as Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, Skills for Inclusive Conversations, Confronting Bias, Creating a Positive and Healthy Work Environment, and Inclusive Leadership, all obtained in 2020.
