Raymond Ryder

Raymond Ryder, CPA, is a finance and operations manager currently with Brookfield Asset Management since May 2023. Previously, Raymond served as Assistant Vice President of Finance at Cantor Fitzgerald from January 2022 to May 2023 and worked at W. P. Carey Inc. as a Senior Accountant in Financial Reporting from October 2019 to January 2022. Earlier in the career, Raymond held positions at EY as an Assurance Senior and Assurance Staff from September 2016 to October 2019. Raymond began in the real estate sector as a Real Estate Salesperson at Fillmore Real Estate in 2013. Raymond earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting from Fordham University and participated in a study abroad program at Fordham University London through the Zicklin School of Business.
