Terry Hoyt

Terry Hoyt has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 1995 to 1997. They then moved to Merrill Lynch, where they served as a Senior Closing Manager from 1997 to 2003. Following this, Terry joined Brookfield Asset Management in 2003 and has held the position of Managing Director since then. In this role, they have been involved in M&A transactions and deal restructurings for Brookfield's flagship equity opportunity fund. They have also played a key role in launching the firm's debt fund and its first commingled investment platform, serving as Chief Operating Officer of the real estate debt funds for 15 years.
