Erik Wright

Erik Wright, Ph.D., MBA, serves as the Human Resources Director - Operations at Brookfield Renewable U.S. since November 2022 and is also an Editorial Board Member for the Global Journal of Cultural Studies. As an Adjunct Professor of Management at Missouri Southern State University since August 2012, Erik combines academic roles with extensive practical experience in human resources, having previously held positions such as Senior HR Manager at Yosemite Hospitality and Human Resources Manager at Charter Communications and Pacific Shipyards International, LLC. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Applied Technology & Performance Improvement/Organizational Behavior from the University of North Texas, an MBA from Northwest Missouri State University, and dual BSBA degrees in Human Resource Management and Management from Missouri Southern State University.
