Darnelle Landis

Darnelle Landis, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for Supply Chain Operations in North America at Jack Link's Protein Snacks, a position held since July 2021. Prior to this role, Darnelle held the position of Associate Director of Human Resources at Takeda Pharmaceuticals from April 2016 to July 2021. Experience also includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Lake Region Medical from November 2006 to April 2016, and HR Manager at M-E Manufacturing from April 2000 to November 2006. Early in the career, Darnelle worked as an HR Generalist at Novartis from January 1993 to April 2000. Darnelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University and has a proven track record in providing comprehensive HR services, consulting with senior leadership on various HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and compensation administration.
