John Jay

John Jay is currently the Regional Vice President at Brookfield Renewable, where John also holds the titles of Director of Trading and Trader. Prior to joining Brookfield Renewable in August 2019, John worked at Direct Energy from June 2013 to July 2019 as a Trader and Associate Trader, with a lead role in Electric Pricing and Structure PJM. John also has experience as an Electric Pricing and Structure Analyst at Hess Corporation from June 2011 to June 2013 and as an Energy Markets Intern at EnerNOC in 2010. John Jay graduated from Penn State University in 2011 with a BS in Energy, Business, and Finance.
