Jon Casper

Jon Casper has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Jon most recently worked as a Director of Customer Experience at Brookfield Residential since March 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Construction Manager at Standard Pacific Homes for five years. Jon also has experience as a Project Manager at TNC Construction, Cabinets Northwest, and Casper Construction, where they oversaw various residential and commercial construction projects, managed crews, and implemented process changes. Jon started their career as a Staff Non-Commissioned Officer and Recruiter at Marine Corps Recruiting, where they achieved the rank of E-6 and managed welding operations. Jon has strong leadership, management, and problem-solving skills gained through their diverse work experiences.

Jon Casper attended Northwest University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Ministry Leadership.
