Scott Janis

Scott Janis is Brookfield Residentials’ President in Alberta, responsible for the leadership and oversight of both the Homes and Communities businesses in Alberta.

Scott joined Brookfield Residential in 2008 and has held numerous previous roles including SVP & CFO, Alberta and President of the Edmonton operations. Prior to joining Brookfield Residential, Scott worked in the Audit and Assurance practice at PwC.

Scott is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Masters of Professional Accounting. He is currently on the board of the Edmonton Community Development Corporation, a non-profit organization that partners with communities to strengthen their neighborhoods through social and economic development.
