Ivan Glushkov

Ivan Glushkov, PhD, is a Senior Information Technology Engineer at Brookhaven National Laboratory since November 2023, after a decade-long tenure at CERN, where notable roles included Bulgarian Representative in the Advisory Committee of CERN Users and ATLAS Distributed Production and Analysis Coordinator. At CERN, Ivan Glushkov specialized in the analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization of distributed systems and infrastructure software. Additionally, experiences at DESY as a Research Fellow and contributions to various projects at CERN highlight a strong background in experimental particle physics and advanced computing solutions. Ivan Glushkov earned a Dr. Sc. in Experimental Particle Physics from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and an MSc in Nuclear Technique and Technologies from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
