Mourad Idir

Mourad Idir is a physicist with extensive experience in metrology, currently leading the Ex and In Situ Metrology efforts at Brookhaven National Laboratory since November 2010. Previously, Mourad served as the Metrology and Test Beamline Group Leader at Synchrotron SOLEIL from September 2003 to September 2010, where construction of the SOLEIL TEST Beamline was a key responsibility. Mourad holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree from Pierre and Marie Curie University and a degree in physics from Universite de Montreal.
