Prashansa Mukim

Prashansa Mukim is a highly skilled engineer with significant experience in ASIC design and research in the field of electronics. Currently employed as a Staff ASIC Engineer at Brookhaven National Laboratory since May 2023, Prashansa previously served as a Postdoctoral Associate at the University of Maryland and a Postdoctoral Researcher at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, focusing on CMOS circuits and energy-efficient neuromorphic chip development. Prashansa's graduate research at UC Santa Barbara concentrated on mixed-signal ASIC design, particularly in precision timing circuits. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Computer Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, both from UC Santa Barbara, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology.
