Angel Preble

Angel Preble is a seasoned HR systems expert with extensive experience in technical leadership and functional analysis, currently serving as Technical Lead and Functional Analyst within the HR Systems at The Brookings Institution since August 2014. With a robust background in HRIS management, Angel has played a key role in the testing and implementation of various systems, including iCIMS ATS and PeopleSoft HCM, while also acting as a liaison between HR, IT, and vendors. Prior experience includes positions as HRIS Specialist at Conservation International, Graduate Assistant at the University of Maryland, HR Assistant at Defense Support Services, and HR Recruiting Assistant at Lockheed Martin. Angel holds a Master’s degree in Information Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Information Design from George Mason University.
