Martha Ross

Martha Ross is a Senior Fellow and Deputy Director of the Brookings Greater Washington Research Program at The Brookings Institution, where professional contributions have been made since 2001, with previous roles as Senior Research Manager and Senior Research Analyst within the same program. Prior to joining Brookings, Martha Ross served as a Presidential Management Fellow at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services from 1999 to 2001. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts from the University of Chicago, School of Social Service Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature from Colorado College.
