Suzanne Maloney

Vice President and Director of Foreign Policy at Brookings

Suzanne Maloney serves as Vice President and Director of Foreign Policy at The Brookings Institution since September 2015, with prior roles as Deputy Director and Senior Fellow at the Center for Middle East Policy. Maloney has been a Senior Fellow at Brookings Institution since 2007 and was a member of the Secretary's Policy Planning Staff at the U.S. Department of State from 2005 to 2007. Maloney worked as a Middle East Advisor at ExxonMobil from 2001 to 2004 and was a Pre/Post-Doctoral Fellow at The Brookings Institution from 1998 to 2001. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in International Relations from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, as well as a MALD from the same institution and a BA in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
