Jacquelyn McKenzie

Jacquelyn McKenzie, CAMS, CRCM, has a strong background in compliance and risk management. Their most recent position was as the Chief Compliance Officer at Brookline Bancorp Inc, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at PCSB Bank, where they held various roles including Senior Vice President Compliance and Fair Lending Officer, FVP Compliance & CRA Officer, and VP - BSA/OFAC Officer. Jacquelyn also gained experience at Union Savings Bank - CT as the BSA/AML/OFAC Manager - Security Officer. Prior to their work in the banking industry, McKenzie was involved in chip card implementations and security as well as fraud audits/investigations at Mastercard.

Jacquelyn McKenzie, CAMS, CRCM, holds a Master of Science degree in Financial Crime and Compliance Management from Utica University, which they obtained from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economic Crime Investigation with a focus on computer security at the same university from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jacquelyn has obtained various certifications, including Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) from ACAMS in March 2015, and Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) from the American Bankers Association in December 2021. Jacquelyn also holds the Notary of the State of New York certification from the New York State Senate, which they obtained in December 2014. Jacquelyn is a member of the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators (IAFCI) and holds membership in the Mid-Hudson Security Working Group (MHSWG).
