Dennis W. Montoya

Dennis W. Montoya is a dedicated educator and leader with extensive experience in both the academic and civil rights sectors. Currently serving as a STEM Teacher at Albuquerque Talent Development Academy since August 2020 and as an Adjunct Professor at Brookline College since May 2019, Dennis W. Montoya has also held various volunteer leadership roles within the League of United Latin American Citizens, including Immediate Past State Director and New Mexico District 1 Director, focusing on civil rights advocacy. Previous professional experience includes ownership of Montoya Law, Inc., a law practice specializing in civil rights and employment discrimination, and a role as a Career Agent with Farmers Insurance. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from The University of New Mexico School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from New Mexico Highlands University.
