Nicholas Hough

Nicholas Hough has a diverse background in operations and customer experience, currently serving as a Senior Operations Associate at Brooklinen since October 2017, where previous roles included Senior Associate and Customer Experience Specialist. Prior to Brooklinen, Nicholas gained experience as a Marketing Intern at Sodexo and The Howard Theater, and served as an Administrative Aide at Howard University School of Social Work. Nicholas began in the industry as an Audio Technician Fellow at Arise Studios and as a Music Coordinator at WHBC 96.3 HD3. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Legal Communications from Howard University, attained in 2016, following education at Canterbury School.
