Tammy Albers Sphr

Tammy Albers, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 24 years of experience in the field of human resources. Tammy began their career at Target in 1996 as an Executive Team Lead, overseeing logistics, merchandising, guest service, and operations. Tammy was later promoted to Store Team Lead, managing all aspects of a Target store with annual sales of $36M.

In 2003, Tammy transitioned to the role of TMSC HR Operations Manager at Target, where they managed multiple teams and provided benefits information, resources, and leave administration to over 300,000 team members and HR partners. Tammy also spearheaded various projects to enhance service and productivity within the contact center.

Following their time at Target, Tammy joined Brooklyn Center Community Schools in 2010 as HR Director.
