Roxanne Henry, LMSW, currently serves as a psychotherapist at both Compassionate Talk Therapy and the Brooklyn Center for Psychotherapy. Previously, Roxanne held positions at Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens as a Licensed Social Worker and as Community Schools Director for United Community Schools, where program effectiveness and community partnerships were emphasized. Roxanne's extensive experience includes roles such as Senior Director of Programs & Clinical Services at The Partnership for the Homeless and NORC Services Director at Hudson Guild. Additionally, Roxanne has worked on projects focused on early childhood education and community engagement at Cypress Hills Local Development Corporation and has substantial experience in community mobilization from roles at Food Bank For New York City. Education includes a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Sociology Anthropology from Utica University, complemented by an ongoing apprenticeship at Sacred Vibes Apothecary.
