Herbie Weisburgh

Herbie Weisburgh is the General Counsel at Brooklyn Data Co. Herbie has also worked as a legal intern at Shutterstock, IBM, and Samuelson-Glushko Intellectual Property and Information Law Clinic. In these positions, they have created and maintained databases of alleged trademark and copyright infringement, helped with discovery in lawsuits, reviewed and edited contracts, conducted legal research, interviewed prospective clients, researched legal issues, wrote client memos, advised on areas of copyright, trademark, patent, and privacy law, filed trademark applications, responded to trademark office actions, and responded to a patent office action.

Herbie Weisburgh has a Doctor of Law degree from Fordham University School of Law, a BS in Business with concentrations in Legal Studies and Global Business Management from Babson College, and a Political Science and Business degree from Sabanci University. Herbie also has certification from Lexis Nexis in Lexis Professional Research Certified and from the New York State Bar Association in Attorney.
