Lucy McLoughlin

Lucy McLoughlin is an experienced development and fundraising professional currently serving as the Director of Development at Brooklyn Heights Montessori School since July 2023. Previously, Lucy held the position of Sr. Managing Director at Harvest from April 2019 to July 2023, where responsibilities included providing strategic guidance to over 50 non-profit clients, conducting Board training, and managing large-scale fundraising initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Director at CCS Fundraising, Director of Fundraising and Development at Classical Charter Schools, and Senior Program Operations Manager at Girls Who Code, where Lucy significantly enhanced fundraising strategies and donor engagement. Lucy began a career in operations at American Corporate Partners, contributing to mentorship programs for veterans. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from SUNY Geneseo.
