Rachel Aronin is a museum professional with extensive experience in art and archaeology, particularly focusing on Egyptian, Classical, and Ancient Near Eastern art. Currently serving as a Museum Instructor and Collections Information Assistant at the Brooklyn Museum since November 2024, Rachel previously held roles including Research Assistant in Egyptian, Classical, and Ancient Near Eastern Art at the Brooklyn Museum and Terrace Research Associate at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. With a strong academic background, Rachel is a PhD candidate in Egyptology and the Ancient Near East at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a B.A. in Classics from Harvard University. Earlier positions include Research Associate at Harvard University’s Department of Near Eastern Languages & Civilizations and Giza Archives Research Assistant at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
