Juliet Cullen-Cheung

Juliet Cullen-Cheung is President of Steiner NYC, the real estate development arm of Steiner Studios, where she oversees real estate development and residential property management. Steiner Studios is the 50-acre film and television facility in the Brooklyn Navy Yard.

Prior to joining Steiner in 2006, Juliet worked with the City of New York’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development for five years in affordable housing finance and redevelopment, creating and implementing new programs and incentives. Her educational background includes an MS in Urban Planning from Columbia University and a BA in Visual Art and Anthropology from the University of Chicago. She also earned an International Baccalaureate diploma, which grounded her penchant for critical inquiry and lifelong learning. Sharing an affinity for the principles of Brooklyn Prospect Charter School, she supports broad access to high-quality educational opportunities and is committed to the values of inclusion and diversity. Having served on the board of the International Charter School, and with experience on the boards of several other local organizations, she had the pleasure of working with a thoughtful and diverse community of parents, academic and other professionals, as well as other community stakeholders.
