Emma Woodthorpe

Emma Woodthorpe serves as the Chief People Officer at Brooks Automation, a leading automation provider for the global manufacturing industry, since March 2022. In addition, Emma is the Chairperson of the Board for the Human Resource Leadership Forum, a nonprofit organization supporting HR executives. Prior experience includes roles as SVP & CHRO at Mercury Systems, Vice President of Human Resources at Xylem Inc., and multiple HR leadership positions at DuPont, including Global HR Leader for various divisions. Emma began a career in HR as a Manager at Display Research Laboratories Inc. Emma holds a BA in Business Administration from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
