Patrick Murray

Patrick Murray, CCP, serves as the Sr. Director of Total Rewards at Brooks Automation since February 2022, overseeing strategic planning and execution of compensation, benefits, payroll, and HRIS programs across multiple regions. Previously, Patrick held the role of Director of Compensation & HRIS for the Americas and EMEA at Kao Corporation from September 2014 to February 2022, leading compensation and HRIS initiatives across 23 countries. Experience also includes positions as Compensation & HRIS Manager at NewPage Corporation, Compensation Manager at NorthgateArinso, and various roles at NCR Corporation starting as a Compensation Analyst and advancing to Sr. Human Resource Consultant. Patrick's early career includes account management in recruitment and financial planning. Patrick holds a BSBA in Finance from Bowling Green State University.
