Will Nabors

Will Nabors is a seasoned operations executive with extensive leadership experience in manufacturing and supply chain management. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Operations at Brooks Automation since July 2023, Will leads global manufacturing and supply chain operations for semiconductor vacuum automation and wafer handling solutions. Prior roles include Vice President of Global Operations and Senior Director of Global Supply Chain at Celestica, Executive Vice President of Operations at Lightspeed Aviation, and multiple positions at InFocus, Pacific Scientific, and Applied Materials, where a comprehensive background in operations, manufacturing, and supply chain was developed. Will's career also includes military service as a Company Commander and Armor Officer in the US Army. Academic credentials include an MBA from Baylor University and a degree from Texas A&M University.
