McLaine Merrick

McLaine Merrick is a partner at Brooks Injury Law, LLC since October 2020, specializing in civil tort litigation with a focus on general liability, environmental matters, and personal injury cases involving mold, toxins, and construction defects. Prior to this role, McLaine served as an associate attorney at Cruser & Mitchell, LLP from May 2016 to October 2020 and worked as a closing attorney at O'Kelley & Sorohan, handling residential housing loans and title issues from November 2014 to May 2016. McLaine began the legal career as a law clerk at the Law Offices of Mark Wells between January 2013 and November 2014. McLaine earned a Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Harding University. As an avid supporter of Atlanta United FC, McLaine has followed the team since its inaugural game in early 2017.
